When you submit an enquiry, request a brochure or ask to view a project walkthrough, we ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address and a message. That is the whole form. These details are emailed to our sales team so we can respond to you. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this website.

If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp using the links on this site, that conversation happens on those platforms under their own terms, and we keep a record of it for the purpose of following up on your enquiry.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the website or advertisement that brought you here. This is used to keep the site working, understand which pages are useful, and measure our advertising.

We use Google Ads conversion tracking on this site. It sets cookies that let Google tell us how many people who clicked one of our advertisements went on to submit an enquiry or call us. We see totals and trends; we do not receive the identity of individual visitors from Google.
